Sometimes, people ask whether art always needs to have a deeper meaning or if it can simply be beautiful. I think both are possible – art can inspire us, calm us, or just be aesthetically pleasing. But for me personally, it means so much more.

My story isn’t just a fantasy world with exciting characters; it’s a part of me. Two characters who are especially dear to my heart are Fiona and Jason. Both reflect different sides of my personality.

Fiona is dreamy, creative, and sometimes insecure. She loves drawing and has a gentle yet strong soul. She embodies my vulnerable side—the one that often feels lost but still seeks its own path.

🔥 Jason is the complete opposite. He is cold, calculating, and appears distant, but deep inside, he carries an immense loyalty to those who matter to him. He represents my dark, rebellious side—the side that wants to fight back, be independent, and never show weakness.

These two characters don’t just exist in my story; they are with me in my real life. Because for me, art is more than just a hobby—it’s my refuge, my way of processing what would otherwise crush me.

I struggle every day with anxiety, pain, and the scars of my past. I often feel like I suffer from PTSD, even if it hasn’t been officially diagnosed yet. (I’m working on that.) There are moments when I feel like I just can’t go on, when exhaustion and trauma take over. But in those moments, Fiona and Jason help me. They keep me going, keep me drawing, keep me writing.

Without my story, without my characters, I don’t know if I would still have the strength to keep fighting. That’s why art isn’t just beautiful to me it’s essential for survival.

Here’s a glimpse at my current artwork—the Flat Color stage of my latest piece featuring Fiona. 💙🎨:

💬 What do you think? Does art always need a deeper meaning, or is it enough for it to simply be beautiful? Do you have characters or stories that help you through life? I’d love to hear your thoughts! 😊

I’m neither a hardcore believer nor a complete skeptic. For me, there’s no definitive proof that ghosts exist, but also none that they don’t. So, I just wanted to give it a try – and what happened really blew my mind.

Yesterday, I had my first ghost session. No Ouija board, no over-the-top American ghost hunter gadgets – just a simple recording device and an EMF meter, things that are as objective as possible. I just wanted to see if anything unusual would happen.

We were in an old forest cabin, kind of like a public grill spot, half open. During the session, I politely said that it would be cool if any spirit could make itself known, preferably with two knocks. And then it happened.

After about 20-60 seconds, there were suddenly two loud knocks on one of the outer posts of the cabin – really loud, not just a faint creak or random noise! Then, complete silence. We later sat there smoking and chatting, but the knocking never happened again.

Right after that, we suddenly got freezing cold 🥶. The cold came in waves, disappeared, and then returned, even though the weather had been calm before. Was it just a coincidence, or something more? I don’t know, but the timing was eerily strange.

Today, I’m going to listen to the recordings – maybe there’s something we didn’t hear with our own ears. I’m curious if anything shows up!

Do I now fully believe in ghosts? No. Can I completely rule it out? Also no. But this experience is something I won’t forget anytime soon.

Have you ever experienced something like this? Do you believe in ghosts, or do you think it was just a huge coincidence? 👀💭
